Network Engineer

Network Engineer to design, configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, network security, and connectivity troubleshooting.

The candidate will support reliable network operations across LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and cloud networking environments. Responsibilities include configuring network devices, monitoring network performance, identifying connectivity problems, resolving incidents, implementing security controls, and maintaining network documentation.

The role may involve working with network administrators, cybersecurity teams, system engineers, and cloud infrastructure teams to improve network availability and performance. The candidate should be able to analyze network traffic, support infrastructure upgrades, follow change management procedures, and help maintain secure and resilient network environments.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–5+ years of experience in networking, network administration, or infrastructure engineering.

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting, VLANs, and IP addressing.

• Experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.

• Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, or EIGRP.

• Familiarity with VPNs, ACLs, network segmentation, and security monitoring.

• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

• Knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, and cloud networking fundamentals.

• Familiarity with network automation using Python or Ansible is a plus.

• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
