If we encounter any user with the misconduct of information and activities like data scrapping, OPTResume will have all the rights to cancel the account whether the user has a free or paid subscription without proving any refunds. This non-cancellable agreement is between your company or organization (“You”) and OPTResume.com.

  •  User agrees that the services once subscribed to the User are not refundable and all amount(s) paid shall stand appropriated.
  •  If you breach any terms and conditions of this agreement, OPTResume may: 1) discontinue your OPTResume.com service and/or 2) pursue all other available remedies to enforce this agreement and obtain payment hereunder. In such an event, OPTResume.com shall be entitled to collect all of its costs and attorney fees incurred.
  •  Upon expiration of the Service Period and payment of applicable fees, you will automatically be canceled from service and this Agreement will terminate.
  •  The Customer agrees not to use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine," or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or its contents without Company’s prior written authorization.

Customer’s execution of this Agreement constitutes Customer’s commitment to the company covered by this agreement will comply with such terms of use, as they may be amended from time to time.
