Cybersecurity Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to protect enterprise systems, networks, applications, and sensitive data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate should have experience with security monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, network security, and security tools.

The candidate will work with IT, network, cloud, and security teams to identify vulnerabilities, strengthen security controls, investigate incidents, and maintain compliance with organizational security policies.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT security.

• Knowledge of network security, operating systems, and common cyber threats.

• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and access control systems.

• Familiarity with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or IBM QRadar.

• Understanding of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing concepts.

• Knowledge of incident response, threat detection, and security investigation.

• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and network protocols.

• Understanding of identity and access management (IAM), MFA, and authentication mechanisms.

• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.

• Familiarity with cloud security across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is beneficial.

• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
