Cybersecurity Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Professional to join our IT security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting the organization’s systems, networks, applications, and data from cyber threats.

The role involves monitoring security events, identifying vulnerabilities, investigating incidents, implementing security controls, and supporting security best practices. The candidate will work closely with IT, network, cloud, and application teams to maintain a secure technology environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, SOC, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of networking and security concepts.
• Experience with security monitoring and log analysis.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, and vulnerability-management tools.
• Understanding of common cyber threats such as phishing, malware, ransomware, and unauthorized access.
• Knowledge of incident detection, investigation, and response procedures.
• Basic understanding of cloud security is preferred.
• Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CySA+, or CISSP are an advantage.
