Job Description
Overview:

This outbound contact center position will allow one to gain experience working independently, remotely, and for a company that is looking to the future.


Shift: Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm CST

Pay: $12.00/hour

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to a list of people that the company provides
  • Give excellent customer service
  • Follow scripting provided in coaching and training
  • Ensure integrity of data and information
  • Participate in coaching’s, meetings, and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred


EXPERIENCE:
  • No prior experience required
