Software Engineers

Cognitech is looking for talented and motivated Software Engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions while collaborating with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities include developing new features, writing clean and maintainable code, integrating APIs, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing application performance, and participating in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• 2–5+ years of experience in software development or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in one or more relevant languages.
• Good understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and application integration.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development tools.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred.
