We are looking for motivated ServiceNow professionals with knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, IT Service Management (ITSM), scripting, and workflow automation. The role involves configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, automating business processes, developing workflows, integrating external systems, and improving IT service delivery.

Candidates should be familiar with ServiceNow development practices, platform administration, and ITSM processes to help deliver efficient technology solutions.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.

• Understanding of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

• Familiarity with Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.

• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and workflow automation.

• Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and CMDB concepts.

• Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and support application improvements.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
