We are looking for motivated ServiceNow professionals with knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, IT Service Management (ITSM), scripting, and workflow automation. The role involves configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, developing workflows, implementing integrations, managing service requests, and supporting business processes to improve IT service delivery.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.

• Understanding of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

• Familiarity with Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.

• Knowledge of workflow automation and Service Catalog configuration.

• Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and CMDB concepts.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
