The role focuses on understanding ServiceNow functionality, supporting IT service management processes, exploring workflow development, and building technical knowledge in areas such as incident management, problem management, and change management.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Must be an MS graduate currently residing in the USA.

• Interest in ServiceNow and enterprise IT technologies.

• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and ITSM processes.

• Ability to understand technical concepts and follow project requirements.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.

• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), are a plus but not mandatory.
