Job Description
We are looking for skilled ServiceNow professionals to support the development, customization, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions. The candidate will work with technical and business teams to build efficient workflows and improve IT service management processes
Job Requirement
- 2–5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with ITSM modules
- Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with configuration and customization
- Understanding of ServiceNow integrations and APIs
- Experience with workflows and Flow Designer
- Knowledge of CMDB is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred
Required skills
