We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, JavaScript, scripting, workflows, integrations, and IT Service Management (ITSM). The candidate will work with business and technical teams to implement platform solutions and improve service delivery processes.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting.
Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
Knowledge of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Experience developing workflows and Flow Designer solutions.
Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations.
Familiarity with Service Catalog, Service Portal, and CMDB.
Understanding of platform configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
