ServiceNow Engineer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, IT Service Management (ITSM), integrations, and workflow automation.

The candidate will collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to implement ServiceNow solutions, improve service delivery, automate business processes, and ensure platform performance and reliability.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or engineering.

• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core capabilities.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

• Knowledge of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.

• Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.

• Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP integrations, and web services.

• Familiarity with CMDB, Service Portal, ACLs, and platform security.

• Experience with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications.

• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
