ServiceNow Engineer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer / Engineer to design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support IT service management and enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, administrators, developers, and project teams to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on experience developing REST/SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of CMDB and ITIL processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to gather requirements and convert business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
