We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to develop, configure, customize, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), platform administration, scripting, workflow automation, and system integrations.
The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, automate workflows, and deliver efficient IT service solutions.
Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
Experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization.
Understanding of ITSM processes and workflows.
Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
