Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, IT Service Management (ITSM), scripting, and workflow automation. The candidate will work with technical teams to develop solutions, improve business processes, and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.

Job Requirement

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 2–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.

  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and workflows.

  • Ability to configure and customize ServiceNow applications.

  • Experience developing scripts and automating business processes.

  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving platform issues.

  • Understanding of system integrations and database concepts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD are an advantage.

Required skills
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. Experience with ITSM (Incident Problem Change and Request Management). Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with Business Rules Client Scripts
