ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, IT Service Management (ITSM), integrations, and platform administration. The candidate will collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to automate business processes, improve service delivery, and implement scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, or implementation.

• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, application development, and customization.

• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Glide Record, Glide Ajax, and ServiceNow scripting.

• Knowledge of ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

• Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.

• Familiarity with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and ServiceNow automation.

• Experience creating and managing tables, forms, lists, reports, and dashboards.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs and SOAP web services.

• Understanding of access controls, roles, groups, and platform security.

• Experience with update sets, application deployment, debugging, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and version control practices.

• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
