ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), workflow automation, scripting, and platform configuration.

The candidate will collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to implement solutions, automate business processes, improve service delivery, and support ServiceNow applications.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.

• Understanding of JavaScript, scripting, and platform customization.

• Familiarity with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and database concepts.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), are beneficial.
