ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflow automation, IT Service Management (ITSM), and system integrations.

The candidate will collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and technical teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable ServiceNow solutions.

• Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or platform customization.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting APIs.

• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and GlideRecord.

• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and workflow automation.

• Understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules.

• Experience developing REST APIs, SOAP integrations, and web services.

• Knowledge of ACLs, role-based access control, and platform security.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, and web technologies.

• Experience with debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
