ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to develop, configure, customize, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), workflow automation, scripting, and system integrations.

The candidate will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to improve IT service delivery, automate business processes, integrate external systems, and develop scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2–5+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.

• Ability to configure and customize ServiceNow applications.

• Experience developing workflows and automating business processes.

• Understanding of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

• Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and improve application performance.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus.
