Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to develop, customize, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work with technical teams to improve IT service management processes, automate workflows, and deliver effective business solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring ServiceNow modules, developing scripts, creating workflows, integrating external systems, and troubleshooting platform issues.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 2–5+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.

  • Ability to customize and configure ServiceNow applications.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.

  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), are a plus.

Required skills
