ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, JavaScript, scripting, workflow automation, integrations, and IT Service Management (ITSM).

The candidate will collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, system administrators, and stakeholders to automate business processes, improve service delivery, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, or platform customization.

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its application development tools.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

• Knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

• Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and workflow automation.

• Understanding of tables, forms, lists, ACLs, roles, and platform security.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST or SOAP APIs.

• Knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management concepts.

• Familiarity with Git, testing, debugging, and deployment practices.

• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
