ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow modules, scripting, workflow automation, integrations, and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

The candidate will work closely with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, or implementation.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and application development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, workflows, approvals, and automation.
• Experience with Service Catalog, catalog items, variables, and record producers.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON or XML data formats.
• Understanding of ServiceNow tables, forms, ACLs, roles, and access controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
