ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions that improve IT service management and business processes.

The role involves developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, scripts, integrations, and service catalog items. The candidate will also support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change Management, and CMDB.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, REST/SOAP integrations, and ITSM processes. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills are highly valued.

• 2–5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform capabilities
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization
• Good understanding of JavaScript and Glide scripting
• Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and workflows
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and web services
• Understanding of CMDB and IT service management processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CAD are a plus
