ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer / Engineer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support business and IT service management needs.

The ideal candidate will work closely with technical and business teams to understand requirements and develop effective ServiceNow solutions. The role includes platform customization, workflow development, scripting, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform improvements.

You will work with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with developers, administrators, QA teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

• 2–5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow and ITSM processes
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and customization
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide APIs
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
• Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
• Understanding of CMDB and access controls
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
