Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer / Engineer to design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, ITSM processes, JavaScript, integrations, and workflow automation.
The ServiceNow professional will work closely with business analysts, IT teams, developers, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of Flow Designer and Service Catalog
- Understanding of CMDB and ITIL concepts
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS are a plus
