Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to automate IT and business processes and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 0–3 years of experience for junior positions; relevant ServiceNow experience preferred for experienced roles.

  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) are preferred.

  • ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes.

  • Good communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work with technical and business teams.

  • Experience with ServiceNow projects, internships, or hands-on labs is an advantage for freshers.
