Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows. The candidate will work with business and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions that improve IT service management and business processes.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, scripting, workflows, integrations, and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Good understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD are preferred.
