Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management processes.

  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are a plus.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business teams.

Required skills
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM ITAM CSM HRSD or SecOps. Experience with IntegrationHub. Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and web services. Experience with MID Server configuration and integrations. Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Map
