ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Skilled in IT Service Management (ITSM), workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ServiceNow scripting, and application development. Experienced in developing custom applications, integrating ServiceNow with external systems, automating business processes, and troubleshooting platform issues while following best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development.
Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs.
Experience developing workflows using Flow Designer or Workflow Editor.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
Understanding of CMDB and configuration management concepts.
Experience with Service Catalog and request management.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application issues.
Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, and Update Sets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are an advantage.
