Job Description
A ServiceNow Developer designs, configures, develops, and maintains applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. The developer works with business and IT teams to automate processes, improve service management, and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
- Good programming skills in JavaScript.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and GlideRecord.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
- Understanding of ACLs, roles, users, and groups.
- Knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management concepts.
- Experience with ServiceNow development, testing, and deployment practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CAD (Certified Application Developer) are advantageous.
