Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows. The candidate will work with business and IT teams to automate processes, improve service management, and deliver scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide APIs.
- Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
- Experience creating workflows, catalog items, and forms.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
