Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will work with business and IT teams to understand requirements and implement efficient workflows, applications, and integrations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, scripting, ITSM modules, workflows, integrations, and platform configuration.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and third-party systems.
- Understanding of CMDB, ACLs, roles, and ServiceNow security.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are an advantage.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
