Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, ITSM, workflows, scripting, integrations, and application customization.
The ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, administrators, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that improve IT service management and business processes.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Workflows/Flow Designer.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data models, tables, forms, lists, and ACLs.
- Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub is preferred.
- Understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management concepts.
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal or Employee Center is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
