Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions to support IT and business processes.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. The role includes ServiceNow development, workflow automation, integrations, scripting, testing, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience with CMDB, Service Catalog, ACLs, and reporting.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Experience with testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
