Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer / Administrator to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and ITSM processes. The candidate will work with business and IT teams to understand requirements, develop solutions, automate workflows, integrate ServiceNow with external systems, and ensure the platform is reliable and efficient
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.
- Understanding of CMDB and ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS are preferred.
Required skills
