Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JavaScript, ITSM modules, workflows, scripting, and integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
- Experience with Service Catalog, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of CMDB and ITIL processes is preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred; CAD certification is an added advantage.
