Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer / Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
The ideal candidate will work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions that improve IT service management and business processes.
The role involves developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, scripts, integrations, and other platform components while following ServiceNow development best practices.
Job Requirement
- 2–5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and customization
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
- Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
- Understanding of CMDB and access controls
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
