Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient IT service management solutions.
The role involves developing workflows, custom applications, integrations, and automation within ServiceNow. The candidate will also troubleshoot issues, optimize platform performance, and ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Good JavaScript programming skills.
- Experience with ITSM modules and ServiceNow workflows.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
