Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to implement solutions, automate processes, and improve IT service management.
Customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
Support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot issues and improve platform performance.
Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience for a Junior ServiceNow Developer.
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow modules and ITSM processes.
- Good understanding of JavaScript.
- Familiarity with workflows, business rules, and client scripts.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow certification is a plus.
