Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows to support business and IT service-management processes.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions. The role involves platform configuration, scripting, integrations, workflow automation, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform enhancements
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience developing and configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
- Experience working with CMDB, Service Catalog, ACLs, and reporting.
- Ability to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant developer certification is preferred.
