Senior R&D Lead Requirement

•         8+ years of medical device work experience, primarily in R&D engineering, New Product      Development
•          Experience in Design controls, Design verification, Test protocols & Test report preparation
•          Experience in Product testing and test method development (preferred)
•          Experience in designing Class III devices or catheter and delivery system and knowledge of manufacturing process (preferred)
•          Metals experience a plus – stainless steel and nitinol material – including processing and evaluation methods
•          Experience leading others with direct reports
•          Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
•          Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bio Medical Engineering or other related engineering field
