Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and backend development, along with the ability to design scalable and reliable enterprise applications.
The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality software, leading technical discussions, reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical applications
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of database design and SQL optimization.
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable application architecture.
- Good understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean coding practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is preferred.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers.
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
