SAP Basis Administrator (Full-Time)

The Role:

Madiba is seeking a full-time SAP Basis Administrator to join our core team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be a key contributor in providing the necessary technical direction, coordination, analysis and design tasks related to the development and long-term support of the enterprise SAP Basis and HANA environments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Recommend and assist with SAP system architecture design, sizing, implementation, migration, and upgrades for all SAP initiatives
• Must have strong, hands-on recent administration experience with SAP BASIS, NetWeaver, as well as good experience with the following: Landscape design, Upgrades, System Migrations, Backup and recovery procedures
• Experience in setting up SSO, SAML/https implementation, and SICF/SICF_SESSIONS services activation
• Have strong skills in SAP Solution Manager and HANA required
• Strong Knowledge in SAP HANA, Hybris, Portal, ECC, CRM, PI/PO, BW/BI/BO, Solman, SCM-liveCache, SAP IPC, IDM, Vertex, SAML in Datacenter and Cloud environments.
• Experience in installing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting components like SAP ECC, BW, BPC, Business Objects (BOBJ), GRC, CRM, SRM, SCM, Portal, Fiori, SAP Solution Manager etc. in both UNIX and Windows environments on various databases including HANA, Oracle, SQL, DB2 etc.
• Responsible for all project activities related to Basis & Solman activities
• Work with vendors, Infrastructure teams, functional teams, perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on complex ERP system issues including Application, Database, operating system, network, and storage

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of Management Consulting Experience
• 5+ years’ experience in overall Solution Manager core configuration and ability to interact and coordinate with BASIS, Security and other teams to define, develop, and maintain Solution Manager (SolMan) configuration in various Solution Manager functional areas
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred
• Experience with HANA administration, HANA architect, design and project experience is a plus
