Sales And Customer Service

Mikart Inc. is looking for someone to join our Business Development Center. This is a sales and customer service position. Responsibilities and Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responding and following up on internet requests.
• Keep records of interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
• Provides printed, verbal, and emailed records requested.
• Recording details on outstandings and/or arrange for billing.

This is a Full-time position that offers an hourly wage + commission. We may have options for Part-time positions.

The ideal candidate would possess these skills:

• Solid typing skills and ability to multi-task.
• Capable of using basic computer systems.
• Positive work attitude. 
• Team Player. 
• Punctual.

Requirements

• Must be a quick learner and have a strong dedication and good commitment level.
• High School Diploma; some post-secondary education preferred.
• Focus on quality and accuracy, a strong sense of urgency and dedication to excellence.
• Good problem solving skills.
