QA Consultant– Validation Documentation
How long is the contract commitment? 6-9 months
When do you need this contractor by? to start May-June 2022
What will this contractor be doing? (3-5 bullets of responsibilities)
QA review of the equipment, utilities and facility qualification (protocol, reports)
GMP API facility auditing (before the facility is handed over to Operations)
Escalate issues to management and stake holders to resolve open items
Manage meetings of stakeholders as required
Ensure all validation documents, TOP (turn over packages) are complete and signed prior to facility audit.
What are the skills/background we need for this person? QA and Engineering background in qualification and commissioning of API GMP facilities and equipment
