About the Job

This Project Manager position requires you to provide a full range of responsibilities pertaining to project management, customer service, and business development.

At its core, this role is defining and overseeing project scopes and deliverables. We’ll rely on you to make sure that we are producing great work that meets deadlines and budgets.

You’ll plan timelines and milestones, manage your teams, ensure compliance with codes, and communicate project updates to the team.

You’ll identify problems on the horizon and proactively manage changes in scope and contingency plans.

You’ll work between the jobsite, office, and client visits, building and developing relationships wherever you go. Your team will view you as a leader and key source of direction. You’ll work with Supervisors/Foremen to mentor your team and inspire them to take accountability for their work.

You will also be part of a collaborative team. You’ll be expected to engage in, communicate, and reinforce the mission, values, and culture of our company.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License, CDL preferred
• Able to communicate effectively (i.e. reading, writing, speaking) in the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) preferred and extensive knowledge in the electrical industrial construction industry
• Four (4) years electrical experience in an industrial construction environment
• Prior project management experience preferred
• Some sales background preferred
• Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in construction management
