Network Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of routing, switching, network security, troubleshooting, and network monitoring.

• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, and network devices.
• Work with routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and TCP/IP.
• Monitor network performance, availability, latency, bandwidth, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network outages, packet loss, latency, and performance issues.
• Configure and support VPNs, firewalls, and network security controls.
• Perform network upgrades, hardware/software installations, and configuration changes.
• Analyze network logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with System Administrators, Cloud, Security, DevOps, and Application teams.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, and technical documentation.
• Participate in network implementation, migration, and optimization projects.
• Provide production support and participate in an on-call/24x7 support rotation when required.
