Job Description
  • Report any safety issue or accident to Production Manager immediately
  • Respond logically and reasonably in emergency situations to assure the safety of all plant personnel
  • Develop preventive maintenance programs for all facility equipment
  • Execute PM Programs as schedule
  • Perform repairs on all facility equipment and production machines
  • Troubleshoot and correct all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic malfunctions on all equipment
  • Make improvements and recommendations to current operations to enhance efficiency
  • Conduct energy usage studies and audits
  • Keep equipment spare parts up to date  
  • Liaising with suppliers on all needed equipment repairs
  • Organize and clean workshop daily
  • Perform other duties as assigned
    • Job Requirement
    • Qualification - Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field
    • Physical fitness – Physically fit, ability to stand for entire shift and ability to lift weight  up to 50 pounds
    • Administrative skills – Documentation of all record needed paperwork 
    • Communication skills – Written and verbal communication to update relevant documentation and share needed information with manager, peers and all team members
    • Multi-tasking – Analyze and prioritize projects and have the ability to respond to instructions and follow through independently
