Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models to solve real-world business problems.
The Machine Learning Engineer will work closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable ML solutions. The role includes data preparation, model development, optimization, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of machine learning systems
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, or a related role.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Good understanding of machine-learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
- Understanding of algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, clustering, and neural networks.
- Experience deploying ML models into production environments.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or Generative AI is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn new ML technologies and frameworks quickly.
