Junior Yield Analyst

The core function of this position is to manage the delivery of ad impressions on the Liftable Media network of sites and apply best practices in ad technology. Responsibilities:

• Work with Publisher Account Managers within the ad operations team to grow advertising revenue for multiple publishers by driving key performance metrics
• Set up, test, and analyze advertising campaigns using DFP ad-serving platform
• Troubleshoot errors and report discrepancies
• Continually monitor advertising campaigns and ensure that they adhere to technical specifications
• Keep up with industry trends, news, or changes that might impact Liftable Media's business
• Find ways to enhance the user experience on the page by managing the quality of the ads
• Communicate with network partners and relay key information to team members
• Facilitate a competitive real-time bidding (RTB) environment for the network of sites
• Cultivate the digital environment to encourage users to consume more content
• Compile reporting and interpret data and to create strategies to optimize traffic and revenue
• Assist the Director/Manager of Ad Operations in day-to-day operations
• Project management and client services may be required

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years working in a technology or data-driven field required
• Knowledge of HTML/ JavaScript or Python strongly desired
• PHP experience a huge plus, but not required
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to think outside of the box and benchmark ideas from other leading entities
• Must be a self-starter and self-learner with a passion for technology and data
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Must have a high degree of personal accountability
• Team player with excellent interpersonal/ collaboration skills
• Must be adaptable to a constantly changing industry and environment
• Ad ops or ad tech experience a plus, but not required
• Understanding of video monetization strategies also a plus
